The Observatory welcomes organisations and institutions interested in women's leadership, gender equality and social transformation.

Participation offers a setting to exchange knowledge, develop project ideas and contribute to activities shaped with other partners.

Universities, research groups, public bodies, civil society organisations, education providers, enterprises and networks can express interest. Tell us about your organisation, the relevant experience you bring and the kind of collaboration you would like to explore.

Participation is free of charge. Expressions of interest are reviewed by Horizon Málaga for alignment with the Observatory's purpose and the capacity to contribute to its work. Joining does not in itself create a funded partnership or commit an organisation to a specific project.

Membership to the Observatory is free of charge

Interested organisations are required to demonstrate a genuine interest in the thematic areas and activities developed by the Observatory, including research, policy dialogue, capacity building and community-based initiatives.

All expressions of interest will be reviewed by the Horizon Malaga board, which retains the responsibility for evaluating and approving new members, in order to ensure coherence, quality and alignment with the Observatory’s mission and strategic objectives.

By joining the Observatory, organisations become part of a European ecosystem that promotes knowledge exchange, transnational cooperation and the co-creation of innovative leadership practices, contributing to a more inclusive and forward-looking Europe.
